Multi-Day Trips

Spring Steelhead

It doesn’t get much better than spring in southeast Alaska. Days are getting longer, weather is (usually) improving, and most importantly – the steelhead are arriving. Most of these runs are small and untouched, and it is very likely yours will be the only fly they see.

We offer 5-7 day trips exploring different rivers and islands. Our 45 foot vessel, The Sally Girl, will serve as a home base and transportation.

If you’re excited about the prospect of exploring southeast Alaska and searching for wild steelhead, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information..

Stikine Raft Trip

A summer fly fishing trip on the Stikine River, America’s fastest free-flowing river, offers an unforgettable journey through Southeast Alaska’s pristine wilderness. Spanning roughly 40 miles from British Columbia to the Alaskan coast, the Stikine is framed by towering mountains and lush forests, casting lines into clear waters filled with salmon and trout.

Guided by seasoned experts, the adventure combines the quiet thrill of paddling with reaching remote fishing spots via jet boats. Between paddle segments, guides navigate the river’s swift channels and backwaters to find the best areas for salmon and trout, targeting prime habitats unique to this massive river system.

Each evening, guests relax in a different U.S. Forest Service cabin, sharing stories of the day’s catches and enjoying the comforts of a warm shelter. This dynamic trip blends paddling, fishing, and cabin stays, creating an ideal adventure for fly fishing enthusiasts exploring the rugged, untamed beauty of Alaska’s wild Stikine River.
